plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall repair and exterior home renovation
projects. Our technicians
are highly skilled in many areas. We do not do any second-story
exterior work, roofing or service HVAC systems, nor do we do any work that requires a
plumbing or electrical
permit.
We service St. Louis and the nearby St. Louis suburbs.
We charge a minimum of an hour of labor so if you cancel within 24 hours we will
charge one hour of our hourly rate.

Billing and Estimates
Our technicians will generate an invoice for you once they are complete. Payment is
due
at the time of service. Our third-party payment processor accepts all main credit
and
debit cards.

We provide transparent and simple pricing for our customers, and work hard so our
estimates can be accurate. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may change the scope
of the project and the final invoice amount may be higher than our original
estimate. In the situation that this
happens, your technician or a project manager will be able to better assess the
cost differential.
